I respect your privacy. This page explains what information I collect on New Habits, New Hope and how it's used.

What I collect

If you use the contact form on my Contact page or sign up for updates on the homepage, I collect the name and email address you provide, along with any message you send. I use this only to respond to you or to send occasional updates about New Habits, New Hope. I do not sell or share this information with third parties.

Product links on this site, including those in the shop and on the homepage, may earn me a small commission on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. I only recommend products I have personally used, tested, or believe in.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, so I can keep improving it. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit: the pages you look at, roughly where in the world you are, and what browser and device you're on. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy, and I only ever see it summarised, never as a list of individual people.

I don't sell your browsing data, and I don't use it to target advertising at you.

If you'd rather not be counted, most browsers let you block cookies for a site, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere at once. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
